Wolf fortress, pirate ship and windmill farm. Six new Lego sets have been announced for the Minecraft video game.

Here I introduce you to the new sets. All are recommended for ages eight and up. The sales launch is on 1 June 2024.

"The pirate ship voyage"

The "Pirate Ship Voyage" set has the Lego number 21259 and includes a ship model, an octopus and two pirate figures. Both pirates have space on the two-seater saddle of the camel, which is also included. Other accessories include a fish, a map, an iron sword and a cactus. The ship is 10 centimetres high, 14 centimetres long and 5 centimetres wide and contains 166 pieces.

"The cherry blossom garden"

The "Cherry Blossom Garden" has the set number 21260 and is the first time Lego presents the Minecraft character Sunny, who tends his cherry blossom garden: two trees, a small bridge and a sand garden. This includes a sniffer, a Minecraft creature, with its baby and an egg. The sniffer can also dig in the garden if you press a certain button. The set also includes a zombie figure. The set consists of 304 pieces and measures 10 x 19 x 16 centimetres.

"The Wolf's Fortress"

The "Wolf Fortress" has the number 21261. With this set, you can build a fortress for the wolf tamer with a wolf's head above the entrance. It can look friendly or angry. The fortress then contains a workbench, a smelting furnace, an anvil and a forge table. A storage box contains small items for taming the wolf, such as bones and berries. The building is surrounded by a forest backdrop. It also includes two skeletons with accessories.

"The windmill farm"

The windmill farm is a rare set that will not initially be available in stores. That's why I can't tell you at this stage whether it will be available in our shop.

"The mine in the badlands"

This toy bears the number 21263 and features an abandoned mine in the Badlands biome, where TNT can be placed between the stones and an explosion function can then be activated. Copper, gold, redstone and amethyst crystals then appear. A mine car can be loaded and driven down the tracks. A Lego donkey is waiting there to take you to the explorer's base. On the way, you have to fight a Minecraft cave spider, creeper, husk and two slimes.

"The final dragon and the final ship"

The playset "The End Dragon and the End Ship" (number 21264) consists of a total of 657 Lego bricks. The end dragon is a fully articulated figure. The roof and sides can be removed from the ship, as can the dragon's head at the bow. The latter can be worn as a helmet. Inside the ship there is a brewing stand with healing potions, a dragon egg and various figures from Minecraft, among other things.
