I recently bought a MIFCOM PC and am very satisfied with the product. The only thing that bothers me is that the LED strip in the case is only red. In my opinion, there should be an RGB strip in the case so that it can be controlled via ASUS Aura Sync and synchronised with the graphics card. My question is whether I can replace this red LED strip with an RGB strip without losing the three-year warranty. Is this possible? All other components in the PC remain unaffected. Almost the same is the case with a MIFCOM PC from a friend of mine (also bought at Digitec). In his case it is the fan, which is only red. Can he replace it with an RGB fan without hesitation or not? The Galaxus adverts have been very bad for a long time: it started for me with the ski tourer who "brunches" in the snow. The latest adverts are far too frequent because they are so incredibly stupid.

In view of the 3G switch-off (Sunrise 10.6.25, Swisscom end of 25), not only 4G (=data), but also VoLTE (telephoning via LTE) should be selectable for mobile phones in the filter for mobile standard. You cannot make calls with 4G without VoLTE, and some mobiles can only transmit data via 4G!

I'm currently with salt but have rather bad experience with them on customer service. I would say 1 out 4 issues were resolved the way I would expect it to be resolved and customer oriented treatment . Last issue finished me off and I had to face additional expenses. So, I wonder what are the people view on digitec mobile in terms of customer service? Certainly, I would very much appreciate any view on any other MVNO in Switzerland.

Hello Digitec - this is the second time that Planzer has deposited a (valuable) Digitec/Galaxus parcel on my doorstep (in Kleinbasel) and then confirmed the deposit by e-mail "deposited according to your instructions". 1. i did not provide any details 2. we were at home (especially because of the upcoming delivery) and the doorbell wasn't even rung This is the second time (both times a laptop). I would ask you to have a serious word with your logistics partner in the interests of your customers, or to use the postal service again, which is much more professional and reliable.
