I have already "used" various FritzBoxes. Most of them either at customers' homes or in restaurants or other places with public Wi-Fi. I have also tested a 7390 and a 7590 at home. And with every single installation with a FritzBox as a router, I had very strange network problems. On my Android phones (first an Honor 8, then a Note 8 and currently an Honor View 20), sending WhatsApps doesn't work properly. It just has the clock icon forever. Turning wifi off and on again solves the problem for the next few minutes or even hours. I was also sometimes unable to install apps in the PlayStore (just forever "waiting to download"), receive or send emails in Gmail and images on websites loaded very sluggishly. All this could be temporarily solved by turning the Wi-Fi off and on again. Ping worked perfectly even when these problems occurred and speedtest also delivered good values. I have also had customers who have complained about such problems. And lo and behold: a FritzBox. Temporarily replacing it with another router solved all these problems. I have never had such problems with various other routers. Only FritzBoxes. Do any of you also have such problems with a FritzBox? Are there possible causes or even solutions? Or am I simply crazy?

Hello Together I am really enthusiastic about the AVM products. After a lot of research, I decided on the Fritz system and have not regretted it so far. What I don't understand, however, is that in Switzerland only models with Schuko plugs are available. With the necessary adapters, many devices (especially sockets and Powerline) are very large and unattractive and sometimes unusable. When you ask customer service, you get an 0815 answer like, "We'll pass it on to the product manager or something...". I have the feeling that Switzerland should be quite an interesting market for AVM, the density of devices seems relatively high to me. Also, some products are difficult or impossible to get (Dect 200, for example). Is the Swiss market simply not interesting for AVM and therefore neglected? Do any of you know more?

Hello together I would like to be able to create a VPN connection for myself in my network so that I can access my data from abroad with my mobile phone or my laptop. There are about 1 million instructions on the net :-) But which one is really usable and offers me the necessary security on my VPN connection so that nobody else can access my network? :-) I would be referred to professionals who could possibly provide me with a suitable link to a good manual. P.S. I can do a lot with a manual :-) Thanks for the help

Ladies and Gentlemen, I ordered new AirPods Max from you on 30/07/2025 and received a returned item. I contacted your company in advance by telephone to enquire about the authenticity (sealed) of the goods. The statement confirmed to me over the phone that it was original, VERSIEGELTE NEW GOODS turned out to be false. Incidentally, the conversation was recorded. The AirPods Max you supplied do not correspond to the item description. Contrary to your statement, they are not new goods, but returned goods. These business practices are incomprehensible, especially since returns are offered at a significantly lower price on your website. The AirPods Max were ordered on 30 July and received on 2 August. A check revealed that the product had already been registered with Apple on 22 May 2025. This means that a significant part of the regular Apple warranty (approx. two and a half months) has already expired. In addition, the original packaging was not sealed, as is usual for new Apple products. For these reasons, I am exercising my right to return the AirPods Max. In return, I expect an immediate refund of the payment I have already made. I recommend that all buyers who order Apple products from you make sure that the packaging is still shrink-wrapped. Otherwise, it can be assumed that the item has already been sold and returned several times.
