Good evening Many suitcases have the problem that the side handle is not centred when carried, so the suitcase has to be carried at an angle and rubs against the leg. 1 Can anyone tell me whether the case is balanced when you have to use the side handle? 2 Is there really a problem with the combination lock or are these isolated cases? I am a frequent traveller and we also have a set of various sizes. We are very satisfied with them. The handle is centered. The locks never had any problems either.

We have three luggages (different sizes) from this model since years. It works perfectly. No issues with combination or wheels. After one trip the luggage was damaged (broken wheel) and Samsonite sent me the spare part. No negative feedback for this model.
