During my last trip, the suitcase could no longer be opened because the main lock (where the combination lock is) was jammed. The dials were turning in space and no longer had any resistance. I had to prise the case open at the end, which fortunately worked. As I didn't adjust the code, it can't be the wrong code. For the first few days, the case could always be opened with 0-0-0, but then it suddenly stopped working. Before that, I only noticed that the lock was quite difficult to open and could only be operated with some force. Did I just get the wrong model? Or have any of you had similar experiences?
