To order the correct size, please measure your waist circumference and select the appropriate size from the chart:

• XS – under 80 cm
• S – 80–90 cm
• M – 91–100 cm
• L – 101–110 cm
• XL – 111–120 cm
• XXL – 121–140 cm

Note: Consult your doctor before using the product. Regular basic rehabilitation exercises are recommended while wearing a corset. Constantly wearing a corset without physical activity can lead to weakening of the abdominal muscles.
