The website advertises Oral B io Ultimate Brushes as a suitable accessory for the Oral-B Vitality Pro Duopack. After buying it, I realised that this is not a suitable accessory. This can only be seen in the packaging when the pack is opened. I consider this to be fraudulent misrepresentation of the customer - if the wrong accessories are listed on the website! I wonder if I can return the opened package
