To use Wella Illumina Color, mix 1 part colour with 1 part Welloxon Perfect and 1 part emulsion (ratio 1:1:1 for optimal shine), or adapt as needed (e.g. 1:2 for glossing).

Apply according to the type of colour:
- Regrowth: start at the roots (grey areas first), then lengths and ends. Application time: 30-40 min without heat, 15-25 min with heat.
- First-time lightening: apply to lengths and tips first (leave 2 cm free at the roots), leave on for 15-20 mins, then roots with fresh mixture, leave on for the full length.
- Full coverage: apply from roots to ends immediately.

After application, emulsify with warm water, rinse, shampoo (e.g. Color Brilliance or Color Save), and set with emulsion or suitable conditioner. Always do an allergy test 48 hours beforehand. Consult a professional hairdresser for best results.
