On an older bottle I bought last autumn, both are included. On a bottle I ordered from Galaxus this summer, I can't find the UV filters. There seems to be a new formula. That could be an explanation why I still got sunburnt on holiday. That never happened to me before with this sun cream.
In my personal opinion, questionable substances are probably better than a sunburn, you don't smear yourself with it all year round.
