The N°2 Bond Stabilizer strengthens and fortifies hair by forming additional connections. It enhances resilience and restores the pH balance during the WELLAPLEX process. Additionally, it smooths and protects the hair surface, reducing hair breakage by up to 97% compared to bleaching without WELLAPLEX.
An optimal pH level is crucial when bleaching and coloring hair. Lightening products and oxidative hair dyes have a high pH level (~ 9–10), which is necessary to open the hair cuticle and allow the lightening and coloring molecules to penetrate. The WELLAPLEX formula with OPTI-pH-SYSTEM perfectly complements Wella Professionals products.
