Application: Mix the color cream in a non-metallic bowl with the oxidizing emulsion until a creamy and homogeneous mixture is achieved in the following ratio: 1:1.5 for intense reflections, 1:3 for light reflections, 1:4 for watercolor reflections. The higher the mixing ratio between color cream and oxy, the less color adheres to the hair. Please add oxidizing emulsion of 1.9%, 3%, or 6%.
