Does the package include travel case for both?

Hello together Which adapter do you use for the charging station? I bought the Ansmann HC105 chargers in addition to the toothbrushes. https://www.galaxus.ch/de/s1/product/ansmann-hc105-5-w-usb-ladegeraet-14963006?supplier=406802 However, with these chargers, the handset beeps every 30 seconds. I then connected the charging station to the power supply from our smartphones and since then the annoying beep has gone from both handsets.

Hello I bought the Philips Sonicare Series 3100 twin pack yesterday. According to the instruction manual, the handpiece emits two short beeps when placed on the charger to confirm that the handpiece has been correctly placed on the charger and is charging. In our case, however, both handpieces emit a beep every 31 seconds. That's really annoying when it beeps every half a minute. We had to remove the handpieces from the charger as it was impossible to sleep at night or concentrate on work during the day. Does anyone have a solution to this annoying problem? Otherwise there is just a warranty case.

I already have two older Philips Sonicare chargers at home and I would like to know if I could also use them to charge these toothbrushes instead of the USB chargers? Unfortunately, I can't see which series I have in the order history, but it says HX6530 210126 3C at the bottom of the toothbrush

Does the charger only have a USB plug and not a normal mains plug?

Is it standard that this toothbrush comes with a C2 brush head? This was the case for me, even though the C1 is shown on the packaging.

Is the transport case included?

My parents bought this electric toothbrush but didn't see that the charging cable only has the USB port. Can you use any plug (from e.g. smartphone) to charge the toothbrush in the bathroom at the normal socket? Or does it need a specific part? Thank you for clarification & feedback!

How many volts for the charger: 100-240V? I want to be able to charge it in Canada/USA.

Can I find spare brushes?
