Yes, very pleasant. I cut my own hair directly without the attachment. The first ten seconds might be a bit cold ;) but the "cutting head" is not rough but feels soft, if that's what you mean.
My device says "Made in Netherlands" on it. Philips NL
yes, at Migros
Google Philips CP0917, you should find something there
For me, quiet and pleasant in tone. However, this is a matter of personal preference. I cannot judge whether it is suitable for babies. However, the device has a cut protection, which means that if no length cutter is attached, you cannot cut yourself during operation.
Yes.
Yes, once the machine is running, the length can no longer be changed.
This one is used with a battery or a cable, but both can be used with a normal power socket. I don't know anything about USB, but it should be available by now.
A "smooth" shave with 0.0mm is not possible, so you don't see the hairline at all. But very short, approx. 0.5mm or similar.
Hello Mr. Lustenberger, unfortunately I did not find what I was looking for at Digidec.ch. But I did find one at Migros M-Electronic. Have a look at the following link: https://www.migros-service.ch/de/p/71793270000015/philips-hc9450-20-haarschneider I hope to be able to help you with this information. Have a nice evening. Best regards. A. Schmidt
I have not yet found out whether Galaxus itself offers a replacement. Ask at the Galaxus customer service/help centre.
Yes, it gives good results.
Better to use a beard trimmer, e.g. this one Philips Series 9000 BT9297/15.
Here you can see the differences: https://www.galaxus.ch/de/Comparison/3929414-3929429. There aren't many, just the battery life, the manufacturer number and the supplier :-)
Hi. Yes, that will be the case. I have owned this hair clipper for a few years and have never given a thought to what if the touch cut length adjustment failed. The device has always worked flawlessly. The biggest advantage I see with the touch control is the precise length setting (0.1 mm) and the protection against unintentional adjustment. I can only recommend this hair clipper.
