We have a new formula, but how much and how often you apply doesn't change: a pea size drop for each armpit, and apply it a maximum of every other day. Avoid applying immediately after shaving; give your armpits some time to recover. Just to be sure: if your armpit skin is damaged, avoid using any kind of deodorant, whether it's rolled, smeared, or sprayed. This break will do your armpits good.

How to use nuud?
Amount: nuud is super concentrated. A pea-size blob per armpit really is enough.
Frequency: The average is applying nuud every 3 days. But you need to experiment with that yourself. Showering and sports don't impact nuud's effectiveness.
