Curaprox Perio Plus Forte CHX 0.2% offers the highest antibacterial efficacy, making it ideal for short-term and highly effective intensive care before and after invasive dental procedures. Chlorhexidine has been prescribed in dentistry for nearly seventy years, and for good reason: it works. Perio Plus contains not only CHX digluconate but also natural bioflavonoids extracted from bitter orange: Citrox. Citrox is a natural bioflavonoid extract from the bitter orange (Citrus aurantium amara) and is highly effective against bacteria, as well as viruses and fungi. To ensure long-lasting effects and good adhesion to teeth, gums, and oral mucosa, it is combined with the natural amino acid polylysine in the Citrox/P complex.
