Instructions for use
Take a warm bath or shower for at least 5 minutes to soften the skin. Moisten the glove and squeeze out excess water. Do not add soap/shower gel. Move the glove up and down with firm pressure. Avoid rinsing the exfoliated skin as this will encourage further exfoliation. Wash your body with soap/shower gel. Wash the glove by hand and allow it to dry completely. Use every 1-2 weeks or 24 hours before using the self-tanner.
