Sébium H2O is the micellar cleansing water specifically designed for combination to oily skin, mimicking the skin's natural composition. It gently cleanses and removes makeup without drying out the skin. It eliminates excess sebum and cleanses the epidermis. No rinsing required. Non-comedogenic.
