The Artdeco Lash Booster Mascara Base delivers perfect results. It is a nourishing balm that is applied to the eyelashes before mascara. With its fascinating formulation, it makes the lashes appear fuller and longer. Each individual lash is enveloped by the balm to achieve optimal effects. The balm contains minerals and valuable algae extracts: red algae provide ample moisture and create a silky shine, while various brown algae extracts contribute to voluminous lashes. The Artdeco Lash Booster Mascara Base is fragrance-free and can also be applied for lash care even after makeup removal.
