Yes, you have to do the construction yourself or use something that already exists.
I have attached a heavy-duty rope around the beam and then hooked in the pulley block, it works :-)

You have to design something yourself or hire a specialist (metal worker). Caution: Depending on the load, there are considerable forces at work.
