You need an adapter cable, Pioneer to ISO is included; Opel to ISO is still needed.

Unfortunately, I can't tell you, but I installed the unit in a Mercedes E-Class and as far as I know, it came with the necessary connection cables.
I know that the necessary connection cables were included. I just have to switch the unit on and off myself and the operation via the on-board controls doesn't work either.
