According to our supplier, the Varta Silver Dynamic AGM is supplied without a BEM code. When the battery is installed and connected to the diagnostic device, a code appears, where the last digit of the code must be incremented by 1.

Vehicle batteries are not covered by the warranty as they are consumables. Decreasing performance over time is part of normal wear and tear and is not considered a defect. For this reason, unfortunately, no warranty claims can be made here. However, there is an exception if the battery does not perform at all or does not perform as expected from the outset. In such a case, it is considered defective and will be replaced by us.
