I stuck a mirror on the wall with this mounting tape, 105 x 30 cm, and I had put 5-6 strips of different lengths behind it. Do you think it's possible to peel it off? Will it not rip everything off (it's smooth plaster).

We cannot answer this question, we do not know what your wall is made of. If the plaster is a thin layer on top of smooth concrete, it is very likely that the strips will tear off the plaster. Perhaps you should go to a DIY shop for advice.
