I only read later that it is not authorised in Switzerland. Why is this being offered at all? Send the lamps back and ask for a refund. Thank you very much

Because the lamp actually works perfectly and also complies with the necessary standards. The lack of Swiss approval is pure harassment and can therefore be ignored until the next MFK IMHO.
