If the Burg Wächter replaces an existing door viewer, the installation is very simple. A metal plate is glued to the door and held in place by the camera-equipped peephole and the small screen is screwed onto it.

The existing door viewer is removed and replaced with the camera, there is a screw thread for this. The screen is then glued onto the door frame.
