Hi I bought this car radio since I fitted it I have had a problem that it freezes the stereo changes music by itself and I can't turn the volume down and up can you help me

Hi, my radio has also frozen. I couldn't switch it on at all and it wouldn't start when the ignition was switched on. I disconnected the car battery for about 30 seconds, then everything was fine again.
