Hello, I have a VW touran from 2009, I want to install a kit parot MKI9200 can I get the controls on the steering wheel? Thank you for your help.

As far as I know, there are additional kits for certain vehicles with which you can integrate the steering wheel control. But I haven't tried it because it was too complicated for me. I don't know if there is such a kit for the Touran either.
