This depends on whether you already have DIN connections (2 plugs) on your Clio. If you don't already have one, I would buy an adapter. Alternatively, you can see if there is a Renault-specific adapter to DIN, should certainly be available at a Renault workshop.
Regarding the aerial: normal FM connection (I think this will be discontinued soon, but I'm not sure), this is a normal aerial cable connection (round connector). For DAB connection, you will probably not yet have a DAB aerial of this type in your Clio. You will also need an adapter for this if you want to use DAB radio.
