I have ordered the Homblis and tested them. Unfortunately, integration with Smart Assistant works "only" via Tuya. And that's a bit of a hassle via Cloud Service, etc.
But otherwise they work great!

Yes, via Localtuya integration. The problem is the cloud platform, whose free subscription only lasts for a short time. After that, it is no longer possible to integrate new Homblis. The smallest licence costs 25000.

It worked like a charm, but I wouldn't buy any new Tuya devices today, but ones that aren't inherently cloud-based. My current choice: Eve Energy CH with Matter over Thread

You can easily flash the Hombi plugs with an ESPhome firmware using tuya-cloudcutter.
The matching tuya-cloudcutter profile is: hombli-hbss-3109-smart-socket-v1.3.5

Have it on a fan, separate app is needed, also works with Apple Watch. Voice commands: Siri doesn't work (yet ), Android works. Works without problems.
