Yes, you can do it yourself without any problems. With the Neotec ll, the cheek pads and the inner lining can be adjusted or changed independently of each other. The cheek padding is 35 as standard and 39 is the thicker one; the inner lining is 9 ex works and 13 is the thicker one. Thinner versions are also available. In this way, the helmet can really be adapted relatively well to the head.
