Good day. Is it possible to set a charging time with the app, or do I need the "Sim"? Can you see on the app how much power has been used?

To set the duration of the recharge, this can be done through the application linked to the car.
The same applies to consumption, also via the application linked to the car.

My box doesn't even have Wi-Fi, only Bluetooth, and the app can't do anything except manage the activation keys.

I have the box in the WLAN and can switch it on and off via the app (not time it). If you want to see the power consumption, you have to use the box with a meter.
