No, the panel already has a 6ft (1.8m) cable built in.
If you do need an extension cable, bear in mind that there will be a loss of charging power. With the 15ft (4.5m) cable, this is 'less than 10%' according to GoalZero.
So the shorter the cable, the more usable charging power.
I have already charged with the 30ft cable on the MPPT of my Yeti 1400.
