For a few days now, the connection to the ISmartAlarm system has not been working. It seems that the servers are down. The manufacturer is also not responding to requests. Does anyone have the same problem?

I just wonder, if the company has gone bankrupt, all servers are down and no successful setup is possible when buying a product, why are the companies still allowed to sell the products if they are all unusable anyway?

Now iSmartAlarm is probably finished for good. They have handed the app over to another company, but this doesn't look like a long-term solution in terms of support. IFTTT integration no longer works either. This makes the product almost unusable for me. It's a shame about what used to be a very good and inexpensive product ...

Now the system is working again, it took ISMARTALARM over a week to fix the problem.
I read in the Ismartalarm forum that this is not the first time this problem has occurred, but not for so long.
The company seems to be very small and the support may only be maintained by one person (that's what the forum says).
In the medium to long term, I will probably have to look for a new alarm system, because there have been no updates for a very long time, and contact sensors are no longer available in Switzerland, for example, which indicates delivery problems (or discontinuation) of the product.
