Yes, it fits into a CH socket. The socket is intended to connect conventional luminaires or other electronic devices without smart lighting function to a smart lighting system. There is no mention of compatibility with Hue, but I don't think that's what it's for.
Update; the plug is unfortunately only intended for the EU region. This plug does fit into our 3-pin sockets, but the other device that is plugged into the radio plug would have to have the Schuko form (DE), which we don't have here, i.e. KD could get the idea of plugging in a travel adapter for bridging, which in turn is forbidden in Switzerland for safety reasons.
