The Ledvance Smart+ Plug can measure and display the energy consumption of the connected devices. It is also suitable for measuring the yield of solar balcony power plants, as it displays the current solar generation in real time and saves the values automatically. The measurement takes place via the socket to which the balcony PV system is connected. The data can be viewed in the app in daily, monthly or annual views and can be accessed from anywhere via the cloud. However, the app does not currently offer conversion of solar generation into a currency or export of the data for further processing.
