Question about Ctek MXS 5.0 (CH version)
Does anyone know which mode to select to charge a 12V motorbike gel battery?
Only the yellow indicator next to the motorbike symbol should light up. Then everything fits.
Do not charge on AGM and if it is a new battery, do not charge on reconditioning.
When charging gel batteries, make sure that the charging voltage does not exceed 14.4 V, as air bubbles can form in the gel electrolyte structure if this voltage is exceeded, leading to irreversible damage to the battery.
