Can these be used for "hobby" CNC milling machines such as SainSmart?

I use these cutters on my old Optimum BF20 L Vario router (115kg ;o).
As the milling head does not provide a high speed for woodworking (max 3000 rpm), I simply keep the feed rate lower. Just make sure that the collet chuck has an 8mm holder and select a slower feed rate depending on the maximum speed.
