Can the Powertraveller Falcon 21 be used to charge an Xtorm XB303 powerbank via USB-C PD port?
The Falcon 21 solar charger charges any 5V powerbank in good sunlight and even tablets and laptops with 20V (plug set included). If the solar cells are in the shade, you should take the precaution of unplugging them to prevent the powerbank from being drained. (The solar charger has a flat 4-pin USB socket (like any mains charger) and a USB-C cable with adapter to USB).
