can the Maxi-Cosi Rodifix Airprotect 2017 (4 TCS stars) Maxi-Cosi child seat (art. no. 5620502) also be used in a car WITHOUT isofix?

Yes, we use the Maxi-Cosi Rodifix child seat in two different cars, once with and once without Isofix. Without Isofix, the seat is simply fastened with the belt and child together (see also operating instructions page 12/13).
