As far as I can remember, everything is relatively simple with the QR code and the steps described in the quick guide. If you can't get a wifi connection, then it could be because the password is incorrect.

But maybe describe exactly which steps of the instructions you have carried out and at which step something does not work as you expect it to. For me it was child's play and even the connection with Alexa worked within seconds.
