The KNX TP Multi IO 570 (48E/A) is a universal binary interface for building control. It offers 48 inputs/outputs. Each output can be used as a binary input as well as a binary output. Peripheral devices can be powered with an external voltage of 24 V. The channels configured as inputs can be used to control lights or blinds via the KNX network. They can also be used to count pulses, for example, as an interface for energy meters. The channels configured as outputs can directly control signal LEDs, external coupling relays, or blind relays.

The integrated USB interface allows for a bidirectional connection between a PC and the KNX bus. The USB connection is galvanically isolated from the KNX bus. Both the ETS (version 4.2 or higher) and visualization tools support this interface.
