The drive features obstacle detection, frost protection, and fixed or automatic end position setting. Additionally, Somfy Drive Control ensures continuous electronic torque monitoring, while high-quality bearings provide safe and quiet operation. The package is equipped with a selection of components designed for custom adaptation to 60mm octagonal shafts, including adapters, drive connectors, a robust motor mount, and a telescopic roller capsule to enable smooth length adjustment of the roller shutter shaft. Mounting springs and quick-connect terminals with a 3-meter long black cable facilitate installation. The drive is optimally suited for use with plastic roller shutters with an area of up to 4 m² or aluminum roller shutters with 2.5 m², featuring a rated torque of 10 Nm and a rated speed of 17 RPM, along with a nominal voltage of 230 V, a power consumption of 120 W at a frequency of 50 Hz, and a diameter of 60 mm. In addition to the standard package, a modernization kit with io wireless technology is offered, allowing for easier installation with less wiring and suitable for retrofitting. The wireless drives are compatible with the intelligent home control TaHoma, enabling comprehensive networking and control of various devices in the smart home.
