The Schneider Electric Wiser remote-controlled socket brings the features of a smart socket to a traditional socket. With the Wiser socket, you can control various electrical devices such as floor lamps, radios, fans, or coffee makers with your phone or automatically using other Wiser products. For example, you can incorporate various floor lamps into the lighting scenarios in your living room by controlling them with the smart Wiser socket plug. The electrical device connected to the socket plug can also be controlled by other Wiser devices; for instance, a temperature/humidity meter can activate a humidifier or a separate heater when conditions change. In addition to control, the plug supports energy measurement and visualization. The application allows you to view energy consumption on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
