UltimateCut Kegel and Countersink (DIN 335) Form C 90° HSS RUnaTEC

The completely newly developed cutting geometry of the UltimateCut by RUKO significantly reduces the axial and radial forces acting on the tool during the sinking process. The specially designed, variably contoured back taper ensures a very smooth sinking operation. This results in a precise, round, and chatter-free surface of the sink, guaranteeing the best results. Specifically developed chip space parameters, such as chip angle, transition radius, and the extra-wide chip groove, ensure optimal chip and heat removal, thereby enabling very high wear resistance. Additionally, the new geometry counteracts material welding and greatly reduces sinking forces. During the sinking process, significantly less feed force is now required. Materials can be processed at both very high and low cutting speeds without compromising quality during sinking.
