As long as the hydraulic circuit is under pressure, no attempt should be made to disconnect or loosen the brass ISO B quick connect couplings. Suitable protective equipment should be worn, such as latex/neoprene Duomix gloves, eye protection such as Bolle Acetate face visor or similar. Quick connect couplings ISO B, brass, are made with VITON® fluoroelastomer seals including a poppet valve and mechanical locking balls, suitable for use in environments from -15 to +180 °C. ISO B quick connect couplings are fully interchangeable with B series products according to ISO 7241-1, are designed to prevent connection or disconnection when residual pressure is present, and are very easy to connect or disconnect by simply pulling back the outer sleeve.
