Hi, This Product doesn't come with a Swiss Plug but i bought an Adapter to solve this Problem. Works fine with me now. for other question you have to refer to ring homepage. they told me that in future they will include this plug, but for now its not coming in the box.

Better would be a Ring Chime Pro
