The Cable Tracker consists of a signal transmitter and a highly sensitive receiver. The signal transmitter is connected and sends a low-frequency signal into the cable. The receiver tracks the cable based on the emitted signal. Additionally, the signal transmitter can also activate the port LED of the hub or switch by blinking, allowing for a quick identification of the connection.
