Thanks to the included edge routing module, the Makita DRT 50 is ideal for flush routing and profiling of wood, plastic, and similar materials. It is a compact and handy multifunction router. The device impresses with its soft start function, which allows for controlled starting, as well as its variable speed settings that can be adjusted via a rotary dial. The brushless motor ensures more efficient use of battery capacity and increases the runtime and durability of the device. The router includes a vacuum cleaner connection for attaching a vacuum cleaner. With the optionally available angle and plunge router modules, it can be used for many additional functions. When combined with a Makita guide rail and the Makita guide rail adapter, perfect routing is guaranteed.
