Knipex CoBolt features precision cutting edges designed for soft, hard, and piano wire. It effectively cuts bolts, nails, rivets, and more, with a maximum diameter of 5.2 mm. The efficient joint design ensures exceptional cutting performance with minimal effort. The cutting edges are additionally induction-hardened, with a hardness of approximately 64 HRC. The micro-structured cutting edge reduces the slipping of material from the jaws. It includes a gripping surface below the joint for gripping and pulling wires from 1.0 mm in diameter. The slim multi-component grips, designed without a collar, provide better handling and easier transport. The large contact surface on the handles allows for better pressure distribution and increased comfort during use.
