It features a heavy wheel center and a central beam construction. Made from galvanized sheet steel, blue passivated and Cr6-free. It includes double ball bearings in the swivel head and a robust central axle (from wheel diameter 150 mm). Equipped with a swivel ring seal, minimal play in the swivel head, and smooth operation for a long service life thanks to dynamic Blickle riveting.

The tread is made of high-quality Blickle Besthane® polyurethane elastomer, which leaves no marks. The wheel center is made of pressure-cast aluminum in silver gray. It has high chemical resistance to many aggressive media and a temperature resistance of -20 °C to +70 °C, with reduced load capacity above +40 °C.
