The dimensionally stable HaloX system has a modular design for installation in in-situ concrete. Three housing diameters with a variety of round, square and universal front parts enable the integration of luminaires and loudspeakers up to an installation diameter of 250 mm - even in exposed concrete. With tunnels, the system offers sufficient space to accommodate control gear, e.g. LED drivers. Optional extension rings are available to increase the installation depth. All front parts are moisture-repellent and can be precisely positioned and nailed in place before the first reinforcement is laid. The housing and front parts are locked together in a force-fit and stable manner and can also be aligned freely at a later stage. Thanks to the tool-free opening technology with M20/M25 combination insertion, pipes can be inserted quickly and easily and the insertion can be easily closed again, even in the event of misalignment. It offers secure pipe retention with a depth stop, so there is no need to subsequently shorten the pipes on the inside. After casting, front parts with a defined installation diameter can be opened with a targeted hammer blow. The front parts for universal opening dimensions can be filled or plastered over. The desired installation opening is then created using conventional milling tools, e.g. professional milling cutters.
